We first met Martin 6 to 7 years ago whilst looking for a remortgage.All I can say is I would never go anywhere else for any future advice on mortgages and associated insurances.I can’t put an exact number on it but Martin has saved us a lot of money through his astute understanding of his industry, mortgage companies and his ability to secure the best deals on the market, this takes away the stress of phone calls and completing long arduous forms placing trust in him to get the job done.Highly recommended.We look forward to future dealings.

Wow is what I say about Martin and Loess Tapper. Just wow.I've known Martin and Loess for many years and first took out policies and a mortgage with them 8 years ago. I've used Martin's services when arranging mortgages on a couple of buy-to-let properties, a self-build project and a probate sale. He works tirelessly to see the job through. As a freelance contractor without a 'normal' employment record and salary, I expected things to be tricky, but Martin dealt with everything professionally, diligently and with good humour. Martin and Loess have been amazing, I can’t recommend them enough!I contacted Martin in August 21 and he was incredibly helpful, explaining everything to me and going over my options given my situation. I was a first-time buyer so the guidance was much appreciated.I initially found them through a Google search as no one I knew who had recently moved could confidently recommend anyone. I would usually call a few companies when needing a service, as you do, but after the initial call with Martin, he was so friendly and knowledgable that I didn't contact anyone else. He came to my house to discuss the paperwork and go through things, and I felt very at ease about the whole buying/mortgage process during our chat. As a first-time buyer buying alone, it was very reassuring to have Martin involved.It took me almost 11 months to find a property as the market has been rubbish, however, Martin has always been there to answer any questions I had - and I had a lot! There was also quite a bit of back and forth as it took me four and a half months from offer acceptance to completion, during that time I moved jobs and had a few delays for various reasons, but Martin and Loess were nothing but supportive during that time.Martin also helped me find alternative insurance as I wasn’t eligible for standard insurance which gave me great peace of mind.When I move on from my new home - which I have finally moved to! - I will definitely use them again. Really lovely people who I’m really glad I found tbh!
