I hired chair pads and 39 out of 79 of them damaged the venue chairs leading to over £750 worth of damage. After raising the issues with them I was spoken to very rudely and have now been ignored after several emails stating Jone’s are liable for the damage. I’ve also not received my security deposit back which is around £500.Very very disappointed with the service I’ve received and do not recommend.
