Dougie Mac Abbey Hulton Charity Shop

Dropped some stuff off after losing my dad and didn't want really communicate so rang the bell and went to my car but obviously to make sure they got the donation I kept eye on the bag I'd dropped, when a woman shouted Infront of every one who opened the door in a derogatory manner as if I was a child shouted the odds Won't be donating to this shop again. Disgusting.

Love this charity shop, staff are so friendly, the shop is always tidy and has a really great selection of clothes, books, household and jewellery items. My advice is if you see something you like just buy it as it will sell very quickly. Very popular shop. You can tell care has been taken to colour coordinate everything and the items on sale are in really good condition.

Went to drop of some clothes this morning didn’t see the bell to press so went around to the front of the shop to let the staff know I was there to a barrage of abuse and spoken to like a child because I had not pressed the bell. Maybe put a sign up to say please press the bell !! will next time go to a different charity doesn’t take much to be polite and respectful to people you are actually give there stuff to you
