Slimming World in Heaton
Slimming World Byker and Heaton, with Adam is AMAZING, it has helped me to lose 9 stone, the help from Adam during and out of group hours is fantastic, during group i have picked up lots of hints, tips and recipies, made new friends which has all helped me to lose the weight and keep it off, so if you are thinking about losing weight come along xx

Adam is a fantastic consultant. So far he has helped me loose 5 stone in just over a year. He's enthusiastic, engaging and supportive. The group is also very welcoming and friendly. I couldn't ever imagine going to a different group...i love it!!Give Adam a call
