I went to this pharmacy this morning to pick up my prescription at 9:30 as the website says it opens at 8:30 when I got there the door was locked so I press the bell and a lady came to the door I said why are you shut she said we are we shut between 9 and 10 I went the website doesn't say that I said that's pointless opening and then shutting so words were exchanged and then the female member of staff told me to F off now please tell me if you think that's acceptable for a member of a pharmacy to tell a customer to f off.

The worst retail outlet of any kind in the world. Absolute lottery as to whether you get your prescription on the 2nd or 3rd attempt. Shambles.

This pharmacy never has the products that I’ve requested. I’ve requested my prescription over a week ago and been in twice for them to say they don’t have it. Each time they say they’ll order it so it arrives soon. But I’m wondering why they leave ordering the prescription for the time when somebody comes in to collect it? For me, it would make a lot more sense to check whether the medication is in stock when the prescription request has been received. Can’t say I’m impressed with this pharmacy

Never answer the phone. I’ve been trying 3 days now to order my sons antibiotic and they do not answer. I will have to Tavel to the shop to order it, just seems ridiculous

Terrible service. Never have anything in, you order online days in advance and they tell you to come back. Counter staff struggle with basic English which makes the whole experience tatler embarrassing

Great service from the staff nothing to much trouble for them .The pharmacist is very helpful l have problems getting my prescription sent over .she will always do her best to make sure I get my medication .
