Bridgeton Health Centre

This clinic it’s absolutely joke!No one answer the phone , its took me during a week (Monday to Friday) around 70 attempts for someone to answer the phone . I have spoke to many of my friends who's also member of the clinic and they are having the same issues.I have been trying to see my go regarding to develop really strong side effects after recently prescribed medication and Ive been offered appointment in almost 3 weeks time and its only phone call interview with gp not even appointment.The waiting area it’s dirty, reception on the top floor it’s absolutely a joke!Today 2 people behind the desk - phone rings but there where to buys chatting and eating there foodI will be rapport the clinic to investigate they work - work which they get payed for and they are not providing the serviceAbsolutely shocking!!!!!

Useless. Extremely difficult to get an appointment. Simply they're not answering the phone. When you walk to the place, they'll say you have to make an appointment over the phone to see the the doctor. I don't know how it is possible. Really disappointing with the services especially when your having kids.

Have been with this practice for years and never had any problems. Always found receptionists to be very helpful. Dr. McPherson always has time to listen as did Dr. Dingwall before him. Have always had an apology when they're running late.

Terrible place! What business is it for a receptionist to ask what the problem is? I will tell that to the doctor! Still using covid as an excuse for no face to face appointments and it's been 3yr since covid.Doctors I've seen are hopeless,with no compassion. I have arthritis and about 3 times a week my toes lock up causing pretty bad pain,doctor never even examined it to confirm if its from my arthritis or not.This place is not about taking care of you,,,its about money,lazy doctors getting easy nhs wage.

Been with Dr Dunn,Lynas Rodgers for past 50 years. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Lynas and previously Dr.John. i have always been treated with dignity and respect. Dr.Lynas has always been very attentive and knowledgeable. The receptionists and nurses are always polite,helpful and courteous. Wouldnt ever think of changing my surgery or G.P.

This is the first GP that I registered and the worst! I wrote this because in my opinion better to registered to others GP who is CARE to your health. I am not a person who has a minor sickness and then go to GP, usually I will go to GP when its already unbearable!The first sickness I had was a stomachache due to infection, I called them and get the telephone appointment only, until I NEEDED to be rushed to HOSPITAL and CURED in that Hospital.Second I HAVE MY FINGERS NUMBNESS and pain along MY RIGHT ARM, at the night, which EVERYDAY I using it for work! After a week I feel sick and felt something wrong, I NEEDED 4 consecutive days calling THEM for PHONE APPOINTMENT, when I got there, THERE IS NO DOCTOR Who looked at my sickness! only a NURSE, who was looking for my sickness (if you said it was caring) she only asked my problem, not even saw my hand and looking to her computer and IAM the one who asked for specialist and do next treatment with my private insurance and then again SHE GIVE ME ANOTHER NHS.... and she gave me 160 painkillers pills (hello??? for 3 months consumption to less a pain??)being hopeless and worry because it distracted my daily job, I WENT TO EMERGENCY MINOR INJURIES IN HOSPITAL and they diagnosed me with different CAUSED! THEN out of desperation, I asked my doctor" last week (after almost a month in sickness) to filled my private insurance form and it was a FIRST TIME that MY DOCTOR CALLED ME!! (notes: to filled the form not to asked my sickness)... unfortunately it was a missed call with message so I knew that doctor called

Registered with Dr lynas and Rodgers and hated it. Changed my surgery to main medical centre cause how bad the service was when I went to show to the doctor. It was as if the female doc was fed up and was hurrying me to go instead of listening to my worries. Showed the doc twice and both times it was disastrous! I am not a regular at surgery, it was my first appointment with them in 4 years, expected a little empathy! Don’t recommend Dr lynas and Dr Rodger’s surgery in bridgeton health centre!!!

Been attending here for a lot of years .Reception staff excellent /efficient/very pleasant and helpful. Best doctors practice and I wouldn't change for all the tea in China.

We had only vaccinations there for our baby and that went well. Seems clean and the staff was ok. Although the trainees are in need of more training for sure.

Absolute shambles of a place from receptionists and the way they speak on the phone no people skills no receptionist skills sound like utter neds I’ve called over 30 times this week 40 the week before I work morning to night with short breaks I don’t get time to sit around and keep calling one of my half an hour breaks I waited 35 minutes for someone to answer my call but when you go into the practice when you can get an appointment that is! I’ve been waiting for a call back for 2 weeks I tried calling use inbeetween to chase it up no wonder so many people’s cancer ect is to far gone time it’s discovered when finally get through or an appointment use want to be ashamed of urselfs in that practice I’ve been attending this practice for I was 2 months old retran ur receptionists sound like we Ned’s when try and explain something to them they ain’t interested speak over top of you utter disgusting waste of time paying national insurance can’t see a doctor
