Bradford, UK, proved to be a welcoming second home for Asians like me. Adjusting to a new place and culture felt effortless, reminiscent of Azad Kashmir and incredible Asian cuisine that made it feel like home. Bradford truly won my heart with its warmth and delicious food.

Trying to book a registeration date and we have literally been misinformed, sent for a ride.I sent an email through the form with a date in mind, got a phonecall saying we are very busy and will let you know about the date.2 months later I rang them back and they said sorry that date is unavailable. We will ring you again in one month to let you know about our availability for January. Joke of a system - I have no date and do not know if I can get a date. I can't believe we pay for this - no regard for public money.

Wish I can give them 0 stars. Not helpful on the phone and website is full of contradictory information. Been told to email and that it can take over 28 days to reply to an email… 4 weeks to get back to an email is outrages. Been waiting since last year and no one has bothered to catch up and reply to email or call back. Everytime i call the phone representative can’t answer the query and there’s no one else available

Beautiful building. That’s the only thing I found in Bradford city. Nothing more exciting. Lovely piece of art. Never been inside but the it’s detailed architecture is telling me story inside of it.

Got married here on the 13th May, whoever is responsible for information given to the person lowering the bollards is totally incompetent and needs removing from that position as does the person who lowered the bollards who hung up the phone on the bridal party leaving my wife to be to walk on her wedding day alone into the registery office, sack the pair of them

It's a good job I called 1st, to know that their office is no longer open for the public when it comes to certificates like the death certificate that I needed, and that i has to do the death certificate online, they have to understand that they have to be open to the public for many people are not computer literate or not mentally able. But on the plus side, the man I spoke to was very helpful and very nice.
