Big shout out to Messenger practice in Gloucester. Absolutely first class service. The receptionist (wonderful lady called Kate), completely put me at ease. My dentist (Alma , I think and her assistant) were so patient, understanding and gentle. Thank you for making my visit so much easier than what it could have been. You are an amazing team!

It was a very pleasant experience, and I was made to feel very calm and relaxed. The reception staff were very good and professional and polite. My dentist was brilliant, she explained what was going to happen and what the plan was. All in all, a nice experience today very positive. Thank you !

This time I saw a different dentist, Dan and his assistant (nurse)He asked many questions about how things had gone in the last year.He examined my teeth and all but two were fine but the others, I needed fillings.He discussed the 3 options of the type of fillings he could use and I opted for amalgam.Went to book an appointment for them to be done and they had a vacancy, in a half an hour.So, everything was completed on the same day.Very happy with the overall experience.

Visit and treatment all dealt with punctuality and courteously. Needed 2nd appointment for additional treatment and managed to get a cancelled appointment.Excellent!!
