Another co-op, another unpleasant experience. I visited here this morning to buy a small carton of skinny latte, mango and lottery. Had to wait for ages until someone came over to serve me as still there's no-one behind the till. Upon opening my coffee and drinking some I found it tasted of cheese and has subsequently made me sick. I went back into the store and when I asked them he said oh that's how it normally smells and proceeded to inform me there's no possible way it could have been as they put it straight into the chiller. I'm not doubting that they have stored it correctly but nevertheless it was off. After speaking to the manager I did get a refund (even though I wasn't in to get a refund, more that I was concerned about these coffees), but not offered an apology either for the coffee or the attitude of the staff. Shame really but I doubt I'll come back

I used this co-op today they had what i wanted. It wasnt busy there is self service tills which only take card payments. I received a good service from the staff memeber that served me.

Used to be good but last 6 months shelves 1/2 empty, random selection, struggle to get basics most of the time .They've just changed where items are & it is more random than their stock. An example their regular tonic water ran out over a month ago - no signs of any more just a few sad bottles of diet,schweppes & the extortionate fever tree. Also most items here much more expensive than other supermarkets (like Sainsburys). If you use Deliveroo they up the price of things so not the same as in store - rip off. The manager here must be completely clueless.

Supposed to close at 11pm. Shutters down before 10.50. Why advertise closing time and not stick to it?

Very poorly stocked. Rarely any proper food like rice, pasta, flour etc.. but they never run out of crisps and chocolate which commands most of the retail space. Dreadful selection of wine too.

Worst Co op I have ever shopped in. Slow staff and they are never on the tilllsNever seen the shelfs fully stocked, and always out of basic items

The shop closed before the time it had said on google map which is 11pm. when we came to the shop at 10:45, it had already closed.

Disaster - due to illness tried online shop and had confirmed delivery today between 13.00-14.00 hrs. Now 16.13 hrs have tried calling phone several times- no response. Sent msg to HQ and still await answer. I live less than 1/2 mile away. Would not recommend.

Local lad everytime i walk in never a single person behind the counter. The amount of times I have had to run around to find someone is countless. Im just trying to buy something from my local. I must have actually wasted a couple hours of my time total doing this as I am there frequently. Please stick a member of staff behind the counter all the time it’s ridiculous to be that understaffed when you charge so much in here for your products.
