You get seen to quickly - a call or appointment almost always the same day. I've never had a GP surgery that's been so fast!

Honestly I highly recommend staying away if you are chronically ill, transgender, or neurodivergent. I requested a referral for an ADHD assessment and had the doctor imply I was medication seeking and try to refuse the referral before I quoted my legal rights as an NHS patient. I sought care for what I now know to be HSD and was told I was just googling too much and listening to tiktok". They refused to fill my testosterone prescription multiple times despite reassuring me previously that they would fulfill it on many occasions. Overall simply would not recommend

The majority of the receptionists here are rude and dismissive, often not believing me when I explain my troubles. They don't seem to like working past 4pm as they rarely answer the phone or if they do, instruct to phone back another time.The doctors however are extremely helpful; they explain what you have and why they think it. They also know their boundaries - if they know they can't treat you where other services can, they will assist you in seeking that help. Overall not a terrible experience but could do with better personell on the front desk.

I have been to this GP three to four times since being a student. This system is good as they want to give appointments to students on the day, as you can't pre-book one. The staff are very professional and helpful here.

After trying to get my repeat prescription through the online consultation, I was later sent a text saying that I am no longer a patient at the university medical centre. I called in and they basically said that I was now registered with a GP that I have had no contact with for 6 years in another town. Tried to explain this but was stated that due to this I can no longer use the service. When I tried to question this, the receptionist shut me down and said goodbye before i could question any further .

Use a different gp if you're at the uni. No one I know has had a good experience with them, especially if you have any kind of mental health issue. Terrible service.

Never openOn the website they say their open until 6, but every time I go at like 12 and 2 there’s just a sign saying closed you have to go 20 minutes to the partner practice

The secretaries were rude and unhelpful, not explaining the process and treatimg me as a nuisance not as a service user requesting help when ill. When speaking to the doctor she was dismissive.

Terrible service by both receptionists and doctors. Rude, unhelpful dismissive and just don't care in general. If you're a student at the uni I would highly recommend finding another surgery.

The service provided was absolutely terrible. It barely deserves one star in my experience. They were totally dismissive and apparently weren’t qualified to treat me, what kind of GP surgery is that?
