Tesco Mobile

Excellent service from Doja. Very kind and helpful to my 89 year old mother in law when we went to get her a new phone. Extremely patient, no one I would rather have been served by. Thank you Doja you gave her lots of confidence. She thought you were first class!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The staff were clueless, unhelpful, sarcastic and extremely rude. I received a broken phone from tesco mobile and took my phone in straight away. I then discussed with the staff about the faulty phone in which they went on to accuse myself for the phone being faulty. In an attempt to fix the problem, the staff damaged the phone further. A particular staff named Harvey was especially rude compared to the others and claimed that there was “no proof” that they damaged the phone as they went to a backroom to ‘fix the problem’. The service was so awful that I almost felt bullied by the staff. Never renewing with Tesco Mobile again as I now have to pay for a phone that I cannot use.
