Was seen by Rosalyn and Graham (I came back to edit my order as we decided to add the stairs too) they were both brilliant and a credit to your store. We have just moved into our house with young children and they helped get us booked in to have carpets downs as soon as possible. Graham involved my children while we were sorting out a slight issue with a quote (I had ended up getting several quotes because I couldn't make up my mind) they were both patient and didn't once make me feel pressured, their knowledge on the carpets was outstanding. Would 100% recommend this store and a huge thank you to your amazing team, I will be back!

Many thanks to Ben for your open and honest words, great advice and gave us top quality service.. we haven't purchased yet but hope to within the new year (due to house completion ) We never once felt pressurised by him, alot of sales people could learn from his approach. Our experience of the store was great, Ben gave us time initially to browse and when we were ready he was available to not only provide excellent customer service. He took the time to be relatable and understanding as well.He spoke with experience about the products available. He explained clearly what products would be a better fit for our home but did not force any products on us.During our time with Ben, he took the time to explain what he was doing, how long the products would take before they were ready. And spent time talking to us on a personal level.Because of Ben's service we were happy to spend our money in store.Ben's customer service skills are key to the market today as ever before. Great work and thank you!
