I purchased flooring for my sons bedroom and carpet for on my stairs and hallway. And also had it fitted by then. I was very happy with the price and fitters I will deafly be using them again. Thank you Carpet world

Bought carpets from here following a total refurb job. They were by far and away the cheapest price for price compared to others. Very good carpets. They were very accommodating as we moved the fitting date twice at the last minute. Jay was super friendly and helpful. The fitters were professional. Managed to finish the job in 1.5 days. Have already recommended to family friends!

I had bad experience for ordering my flooring with the shop. 1) when ordered, it seems the gentle didn’t know much about the product that he was to sell to me and wasn’t quite sure about which accessories should go with my flooring; 2) when I asked for the delivery day, I was told it would be next Wednesday but in fact on the invoice it stated 3-5 working days and eventually my flooring was indeed delivered one day later than the promised Wednesday; Luckily I had B&Q flooring for another room so my floor fitter could do the other room on Thursday while waiting for this delivery; 3) when the delivery arrived, I found out that the underlay wasn’t the one I ordered and was cheaper than the one I paid for, no one informed me about this before so I had to call and the shopkeeper said he didn’t know there was a price difference and I could go into his shop to get back the price difference; 4) since the underlay wasn’t the one I ordered, it had to be used with another damp proof mat which wasn’t ordered so my floor fitter had to go out to buy the damp proof mat before putting down the underlay; 5) I subsequently had to order some more accessories and thus went into the shop on Thursday to place another order and paid, I was told that my accessories would be delivered on next Monday and now it’s Monday, I called the manufacturer and they said the shop hasn’t made the payment to them so my accessories definitely won’t be with me today and tomorrow my fitter will not have any accessories to finish my floor and I have to pay him the fees since I made the booking already; 6) the shop was supposed to open Monday at 10am, I called them to trace my accessories no one picked up the call; I came to their shop and it is closed. Nothing else I can do. Very frustrating.

Amazing carpet and flooring collection to go through. Great staff and great fitting . Will recommend this for sure 10/10.

This has now been my third time purchasing flooring from carpet world, Jay has really looked after me again giving me a amazing competative quotes on all of their LVT ranges and have again come out cheaper than 5 other shops which I've received quotes from. Every time I've done business here I have always left knowing that I've got my money's worth, amazing customer service keep it up.

They deliver cheap underlay and try to get away with it. Always insist on the make and thickness of the underlay. Ask for a sample of the underlay and insist on a detailed order or invoice.

I went carpet right first ans thought their prices was abit too high. So i got a written quote and went to carpet world, they managed to do my whole house with fitting, underlay and other bits and bobs for £1000 cheaper!!!! Would definitely recommened this place to anyone, way cheaper than the big companies we know!!

Mixed experience using this company. The sales service on the phone and in store were helpful, informative, even friendly. Someone came to measure and view so there would be no surprises" on the day of fitting. Hence why we decided to go with them as opposed to Tapi. It also felt like a 'family business'. The carpet quality was good and the finished result are very good. However
