This is for the car wash, it's doesn't take cash anymore what a shame, I went there to day to wash my car, now you have to put card details in the machine , here's the catch before £4 in cash would definitely wash a decent size car , now £4 on your card will not even do half the job, basically the company that's owns the car wash is totally ripping people of, it's a complete con!It is now cheaper to go to a local car wash, and keep your feet dry!Avoid like the plague!!!!!!

UPDATE.....28/09/23..... I have been informed by a reliable source that the manager if this particular store has now been sacked. The petrol pumps are also now doing what they should be instead of just pumping air into your tank they are actually now pumping petrol and diesel!!!..,.......................................................This garage winds me up!.... Don't get me wrong the staff are lovely but the pumps are continuously faulty and I'm sick of pumping air into my tank instead of petrol but still watching the money meter keep going up. I've complained countless times and am about to take it further because I'm sick of being mugged off, I'll get it sorted for you" " I'll inform the manager".... I want my money back that I've not spent on petrol."

Do not use this garage, just put £15 diesel in my car literally gave me 2 miles of fuel, put £15 in the other day at garlinge garage got 100 miles worth !You are paying for air into your tank

Filled car three times and petrol went everywhere. First time all over clothes. It seems to throw out after it shuts off when full. Something not right.

Small, cramped, only 1 pump had E10 petrol at the advertised price.The cashier was unfriendly and didn’t return my hello, but did the next person in the queue. Not sure whether they are mysogynist or ableist (disabled woman wearing a mask vs male not) but I shan’t be going back. I shan’t be spending my time making a complaint Shell, so don’t bother with the link to the online complaints form- I am letting others know it was not a favourable experience.

Beware of faulty pumps!When filling up my car today, the nozzle clicked, as it should when you are reaching full, however, petrol instantly sprayed out of the fuel filler and completely covered me. When the member of staff came out to see what had happened, he had suggested that I had overfilled it, which was not the case as it had only clicked once and I had not tried to pump any more. Moreover, when I started her up, the tank was only 90% full. I will be checking with my mechanic, however, there’s no way fuel should continue to pump after the click. Very disappointing as I was beginning a 3 hour road trip and completely stinking of gasoline.I have since learned that my father experienced the exact same issue here with his car.

They had a toilet. I had just been on a half hour bus ride despite having drunk a litre of water because I had a cold. Clean, free, empty toilets was like a gift from God.

Pumps is not working correctly you don't get what you paying!!!!!Fueled up for £40 my gauge didn't move so i was think will get up in moment after 50 miles run out of diesel so that mean i didn't get any fuel from themWent back explained situation what happened they gave me email that no ones answered in 2weeks so yeahCheck before you leave or avoid if possible

The fuel was approx half to what I was charged for. I put £50.51 in. I thought something was up when it took less than 10 seconds to get to this figure. The cashier recommend that I wait and drive for 10 min. To see if the gauge would rise, it didn't. Now I'm trying to get this resolved but no-one replying. Will try other avenues after 24 hours
