Every time that I have used htfr the staff really know there stuff and the customer service is very good.

Love shopping at HTF records. Hopefully now vinyl decks are making a comeback and vinyl sales are on the up they can get more big name brands for the hard trance genre

I have used Hard to Find Records for many years.They have a vast collection and knowledge, not just of vinyl, but of equipment and other memorabilia, along with other collections...No quarms returns if necessary.

These guys are great. Great customer service!

Just in case you make the same mistake I did the store in Birmingham is 'online only', you can't actually go in as a customer. Hard to Fine Whiskey and Hard to Find Hifi you can, but not Hard to Find records.

HTFR has a stout reputation with some of the comments I have read on social media and such sentiment is not without good reason as far as my personal experiences with this retailer. For one, Matt is very helpful and has great customer service. They even gave me a refund one time for something that wasn't even their fault nor had anything to do with them whatsoever.Anyway, I have found many of my favorite hard dance music records with this vinyl retailer. In fact, over half of my imported records came from HTFR, their selection of tracks is unbelievable. I started ordering vinyl from HTFR back in May 2020 after not buying records for over a decade.I have since made a few orders for Trance and I have found that the records you receive do vary in condition from very good to brand new. The reason I will keep coming back even though the pricing can be a little high at times is simply if I receive a record that is scratched, I receive a partial or most of the time full refund no questions asked.When you order, you can receive a shipping notification quite quickly if you order during the business hours. At times I may have to wait upto 48 hours for my order to be shipped.I have been very lucky getting some great releases so far and I have ordered over 150 vinyl so far. HTFR are worth a shot if you can’t find something your looking for.
