Excellent service, changes in my vision explained well, no pressure to buy new glasses.I did buy new glasses and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, have had no issues with the new glasses.

Really good service and very attentive for your test , But the price nearly collapsed when I was given the price of the service , be thinking of a new optician I think

Bought hearing aids at nearly £3000, customer service was lacking by the audiologist as I asked him to call regarding the Tinnitus blanking part, I was driving when he rang so I asked him to ring back in 10 mins but he said no as going on holiday! Said would ring me back but never did. The aids have remote service but he didn't use it even though just said that was what I was doing so I requested my money back, which I received within 2 days. Ladies in shop were very good though.

Thanks for the diagnosis. The staff is polite, pleasant and friendly. I am a foreigner, my English is not perfect, but the staff explained everything to me clearly. The examination took about 15 minutes, on 3 different medical devices. Vision was checked and lenses were selected. I liked the fact that the consultant did not impose the product, but really tried to choose the glasses that fit me.

Think it's about time I started going elsewhere for my eyes testing. Been to collect my glasses today wrong lenses been put in so that's another trip to collect them when they are ready. Like diesel isn't expensive enough without making wasted journeys this is the second year running I haven't been happy with the service I have received. Customer service has really gone downhill. Staff in there aren't listening to you. Wouldn't even give it one star but it won't let you post without doing so.

I was very satisfied with the service. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful especially when choosing new frames. I am happy with the cost of my new glasses and the pricing was clear and easy to understand.

My elderley mother was stuck near there when her phone went flat. They helped her out and called her a taxi. Don't know what they're like as opticians but as people I can't fault them. Thanks !!
