I have been going to West Green Dental for the past 20 years and all I can say is that they have accompanied my needs and look after me without fail. Dr Shah is the best dentist anyone could ask for!

I have been a patient of West Green Dental Practice for more than 30 years. I can honestly vouch that under the stewardship of Mr J P Shah and his highly professional and dedicated team, I have always received the best treatment and care. The staff here are most courteous, kind and helpful in all in all their dealings and truly welcoming. They always impress and amaze me. I would highly recommend West Green Dental Practice to anybody looking for a highly professional dental treatment in an immaculately clean and welcoming place .

Very happy with this place. Been going here for years and never had any problems. The dental staff and the lady on reception are all really friendly and take the time to answer your questions.

The worst dentist ever I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone..I’ve never left a comment to anybody this is my first time because i felt disrespectedJust cause i was few mins late i even called to inform them as my train and bus got delayed. But they refused to let me in and also were so rude to me that I’m not allowed to make an appointment again! I would never go back again as they have no respect to their customers..I believe even if i was wrong they shouldn’t treat me disrespectful as they don’t have the right to!My friends and family moved from themFor the respond BELOW! I I did admit i was late i even called to let you guys know respectfully ! whatever you’ve mentioned below isn’t true which shows that you and your company full of lies especially that you had really bad attitude towards me you’ve never spoke to me politely even if i was wrong you have no right to talk to me like that I front of the other customers..

I have been to many dental practices over the years and I have to say, this is by far, the best I have been to.Very clean, helpful staff and it felt that my dentist went above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome.I highly recommend this practice

Yesterday, I had a rather frustrating experience at my dentist appointment. Despite my best efforts to inform them that I would be running a few minutes late due to heavy traffic, nobody bothered to respond to my calls or voice message. I arrived at the clinic only five minutes behind schedule, expecting to be able to proceed with my scheduled check-up. However, to my surprise, the dentist asked me to reschedule my appointment.Considering that a simple check-up would not have taken more than five minutes of their time, I found it disheartening that they were unwilling to accommodate such a minor delay. If the dentist cannot spare five minutes, then I see no reason to give them my time either. Frustrated by the lack of understanding and flexibility, I decided to cancel my registration altogether.Overall, this experience left me feeling disappointed and undervalued as a patient. Dentists should strive to provide more understanding and flexibility for their patients, especially when unforeseen circumstances arise. I hope my feedback encourages them to improve their customer service and prioritize patient satisfaction.

Dr Shah is a credit to the practice, she is very polite and professional.Likewise the receptionist (didn't catch her name) is always helpful and happy.Glad I joined this practice.

I am terrified of dentists and for the longest time put off finding a new dentist. I am glad I did however, the staff is friendly, patient and knowledgeable and have actually helped me feel more confident when visiting. My teeth are now in better health than they have been for a good long while and long may that continue

My children and myself have been patients at this dental practice for over 15 years !Amazingly friendly ,helpful and professional reception.The surgery is immaculate clean and welcoming, child friendly as well.Every dentist highly skilled, friendly ,you really feel at ease and cared for by the whole team!This is the NHS at its absolutely best and when you find the best you keep it! I do recommend this practice to everyone !
