Optident Dental Clinic

After being in pain for days. And being told to try this place out for an emergency. I was extremely happy with the outcome! Friendly staff and I can now sleep tonight. Thank you so much, looking forward to finishing treatment here

Liana Budirin at Optident is the kindest and most patient dentist ever. I am so nervous but she totally put me at my ease with her calm nature and relaxing voice. I can not recommend this dentist enough. Totally friendly and professional service

I called yesterday to see if I could get my little girl registered as advised by her health visitor as her first teeth are coming in. The receptionist I spoke with was amazing and was able to get her booked in for today after taking her details the appointment was booked. With in a minute of the phone call she called me back offering me an appointment straight after my daughters if I wanted to be registered with them also as I mentioned I didn’t have a dentist either. She was very lovely and understanding and we were both booked in for today. We have since been seen by the dentist and assistant who was very understanding and looked at my daughters little tooth and then looked at my teeth she was very understanding of how bad my teeth had gotten and has put a plan in place to get them fix I now have another two appointments one for tomorrow and another for next week it has all been sorted very fast and professionally. There was a lady there that looked after my daughter in the room when I had my teeth looked at and took her out the room when I had my x-rays and was very friendly my daughter loved her. All in all an amazing experience with this dentist after some bad experiences with other dentists it has been a relief to find such a wonderful family oriented dentist that get things sorted without waiting for ever. Thank you all for you help and kindness towards myself and daughter!

My first visit here today as my friend recommended. Got a same day appointment, everyone was so friendly and understanding. Had my check up and was put on a treatment schedule straight away. So glad I found this dentist .

Managed to get seen within a day for an emergency appointment. Was assessed and now waiting just over 2 weeks to be sorted. In current climate not bad

For the first time for my kids and they have ASD it when ok, we had a bit of a wait and a bit of a moment for my boy but overall nice people .

I have only been a member of the Optident as an NHS patient for a short amount of time. But so far I have received first class treatment and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this surgery to family and friends.
