Worthless. Placed my first order for a meat hamper on Tuesday. Box delivered by Yodel 48 hours after. No physical damage and sealed parcel. Inside was an unsealed bag with meat and not a single ice pack. Clearly mistake during the order prep. Emailed the customer service on Thursday around 3PM and absolute radio silence 4 days after. Full understand the pressure company is facing during the Covid 19 outbreak but this looks like profits before safety. You may be busy during the lockdown but you won't retain customers with such poor customer service.Shame.

Meat is okay but 2 products arrived completely off and inedible, and I was only offered a £10 discount on my next order?Pretty sure this impeaches on my consumer rights? Guess we'll find out.

Pizzas and beef burgers are phenomonal! Tastes great, and helps hit my protein target totally guilt-free. Absolute best on the market in my opinion, compared to other 'healthy' brands that offer fast food alternatives.Have ordered the products through 'Go Plans' and 'healthyshop', and had no issues with the delivery. Thanks!

Courier never left delivery in safe place and is missing. DPD admitted their driver was to blame and that they were at fault. Issued me with a case number to pass on to Musclefood, which I duly sent. I have ccontacted Musclefood at least 6 times today over this, but no response at all. I've paid for something I have not received and the only way I can contact them is via email to which there is no reply from their customer services.My order number was 950703154

Muscle Food were a great support during the first covid lockdown when the panic buying was happening and most shops had little to no meat available.The quality of food is mostly great. However the expiry dates will be about a week after the day you receive the products, so if you bought a big bundle and want it to last for the month you would need to be prepared to freeze the meat so it does not expire.I would avoid ordering vegetables though, they got mouldy very quickly after a couple days, and the sweet potatoes aren't worth buying here because they expire so quickly, better off going to a supermarket and buying fresh as it lasts much longer.They do deliver quickly, express delivery arriving in the next 2-3 days and standard which is around 7 days.

Received mine today.....45 pounds and offer of a pack for 1 pence ..... The packets of food are not even worth 20 pounds.Will not buy againI do not recommend

Spent a whole Saturday waiting for a delivery that did not come. After contacting customer service, all that I was given was an explanation about their payment system having a problem and that my order had been cancelled.The money, however, had been taken from my account and I was not notified about the cancellation.Really frustrated and unsatisfied by the solution they proposed (wait for another delivery or a full refund).I will never buy from this company again.Update on 25 July 2019: I forwarded the email exchange to the email provided to Candice - as she suggested below - and all I got was a response from an employee named Tom saying: You're very welcome :)". No solution was provided

I purchased items in the past for few years, later noticed there was a occurring charge £4 per months! I ALSO DID NOT subscribe to any service, and if this was in T&C's was not clear and disgusted by this. I also feel SCAMMED like some of us from here! Tried to follow the instruction how to cancel the subscription but it doesn't have have any cancel button. Called support line, left voice mail but still no reply. I am going to give Muscle food 7 more days to reply else will take further action!! which is the last thing I want to do!

Great customer service, ensuring you fill in the contact form with correct details and order numbers, it got me a resolution same day.General enquires do take longer ive noticed but still relatively quick considering.Lively lady uve been emailing, took things very seriously.I cant understand these bad reviews for customer service, when I've been nothing but helped today or anytime I've order in the last 4 years.

Sadly I cannot give more than a star. I ordered around 10kg of chicken breast and a few smaller items of red meat. Delivery arrived as planned however the chicken breast quality was shocking! Now I'm not a fussy eater but majority of the breasts were inedible. They had this weird sinewy marbling on the majority of the breasts (as pictured), which felt like eating through rubber bands with weird texture, it was horrible! I even tried slow cooking the meat and same thing. Ended up feeding the majority of the 10kg to my dogs....I'll never order here again, you can tell its cheap quality chicken from a farm with probably horrific conditions.
