Genius Within CIC

Did my screening test just waiting now for my report. They are also putting me in a zoom meeting to help with managing stress.

I was very happy with all of my engagements from back office and also with my assessment.I was unhappy with the coaching because I specifically chose Genius Within for a neurodiversity coach because they need to have a clear understanding of what specific challenges we face. The coach is not neurodiverse and I felt I was being coached for performance management.It has taken me a while to respond because it took 6 months to find you and I get approval from HR. The impact on me is that I don’t get the coaching I need.Since you come highly recommended I am deeply disappointed that you did not see the need to match my coaching needs to my requirements but it appears it may have been on my ethnicity which is insulting to both the coach and myself. It also reflects badly on an experienced professional coach, when the fault did not lay with her.I am still in need of this coaching and would prefer to continue with Genius Within than go elsewhere. Perhaps when looking at inclusion we need to also be mindful of where our choices may impact negatively although the intention was good.
