Excellent car park, reasonable prices given the :Location in the heart of Preston and capacious parking bays, as well as there are always available bays!Why 4 stars?It's the payment machines!!Well, most of them are not working, accept coins only and no change given.There is an option to pay by Ringo App though.

Usually the stagecoach buses are really good, however today bus driver completely missed the bus stop went past it, whilst people was there, I clearly had my hand out it was impossible to not see I was signalling him to come in, he went right past, I ran all the way to the next bus stop, he had shut the doors a few seconds before me, I knocked on him to open them, he waved at me and then drove off, not impressed, usually a good service but it was out of pocket today

Preston bus station is quite modern looking, with coaches and buses parking separately. Is easy to navigate around and provides real time information for your travels

Very nice parking. Always available and open. However they do not accept card. So only pay by coins or Ringo app. They have added electronic charging points as well.

Great facility, very clean and up to date in terms of hygiene. The only thing is it is a little confusing where you are going for your bus with there being so many stands. Other than that perfect!

Can't think of anything positive about Preston really!! People reviewed high might not have been to other cities or towns around the country. Maximum 3 Star if you close your eyes on antisocial behaviour in this place.

Much better than what it use to be compared to what it was. Bike station fully accessible although I'm disappointed that after 9pm on a Sunday you have to wait outside for your bus due to the lack of security. Other bus stations in nearby towns seem to be able to keep them open until the timetable is fully completed which leaves alot to be desired. 3 star.

Functional but unattractive replacement for a similar building. A bit grey. What about some commissioned murals from local artists to brighten the place up? The mens toilets stink unfortunately. There appears to be little fresh air nor air fresheners. If they are there, they don’t work.
