Incredible dry cleaners, I moved to harrow a few months ago and the owner has been looking after my dry cleaning on a weekly basis and with no issues at all. I highly recommend

Put my Berghaus coat in for a new zip in this shop! Did a fantastic job, nice heavy duty zip and great service.I cant understand why such a great brand makes a great expensive coat at £150 and uses a cheap inferior zip!So glad l walked into Moon rock. Very friendly guy, very confident they would do a good job and they certainly did. Very happy.

The service is excellent! The lady who works there is so sweet, lovely person to chat to. In addition, she completed the alteration for my two flared trousers so quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend.

We Accepted all warnings prior to giving the clothes for dry cleaning, that sweat stains might not go, or that stitching may get damaged etc. But one thing I did not expect was to get clothes back with NEW stains on them. On two separate pieces of clothing I found black stains after the dry cleaning service. Delicate, expensive pieces of clothing ruined. Are Moonrock going to take responsibility and own up to this?

SHOCKINGLY POOR, RUDE SERVICE!! DO NOT USE!!Got dry cleaned a £200 belted coat only for it to be returned without the belt. The staff mbr accused me of not notifying him of the belt in the first place, and then proceeded to insinuate that it was my fault! He called minutes later to apologise and to collect the said item at 10:30am Monday morning.I returned Monday afternoon, only to then be told the driver didn’t drop off the belt!As a “courtesy” goodwill gesture, he offered £5 credit. The audacity of the gesture is an insult- like I would ever return and spend my money in that dry cleaners ever again!!!If I could rate zero stars I would.So much for supporting this local business when the staff mbrs attitude was foul. He was rude, impolite and lacks any people skills.******************************************************In response to your reply, it’s not a question of the cash, albeit you did offer £5 cash refund (your text confirms this). Its a matter of the lack of customer service, hostile attitude and poor level of professionalism.Have a great day.

This lady who works there (forgot her name) - has been so helpful and I was very happy with her work.She has altered my thigh high boots to a shorter length and stitched a lengha (top and skirt) for me which fit perfectly. Will definitely go again.

I cannot thank the team at moon rock enough. Around 2pm I took some uniform dresses in to be taken up. As I needed one for the next day I was very grateful that the seamstress was able to finish the alterations for one of the dresses, despite seeing how busy she was. She even delivered it to me as it was closing time and completed the other dresses in time for my next shift. A lovely, friendly family run business that I will be using again and again.

I have given my Canada goose for a clean and my babies Moncler jacket . Jackets nearly worth 2k and this is a nightmare ! I got my mum to pick up my jackets and just looked at them ! They have stains on them and look worse than they did before ! Waste of £60 and now both damaged jackets !!!!! Don’t trust this place don’t care what other reviews are saying !
