Waste of timeHave two restaurant tried to work with them as our drinks supplier dealt with Daniel, asked me to provide multiple info to create an account provided all in for them, then was ignored never had a reply to my emails.Just find this very disappointing and poor customer service when I am chasing them to be ignored in order to give them business.Hope that way of dealing with customers work for you.

LouisA Uren, gave me the worst possible customer experience ever. And had the worst attitude, that escalated a situation unnecessarily. I don't get why people who are rude work in customer service. At least be professional. There are ways to speak to people, especially when you are speaking on behalf of a large company. Appalled. Thankfully everyone else was very helpful, but I'm glad I won't be dealing with Primo again.

This van's driver just throw litter off the window!!! A bold guy with glasses. Its 21st century already and I can't believe this kind of things still happens. Specially in a first world country. Primo Drinks, you should train better your drivers. These actions and behaviours are being related with your brand. This is an absurd!It's a criminal offence for a person to drop
