Have been twice to this branch (to buy some tiles to redo a kitchen after a road pipe burst into our flat and flooded our kitchen) and had Julian help me both times. Felt compelled to leave a review as he was so so incredibly knowledgeable , professional and kind - a true asset to Tile Giant. I hope this review is passed on to his line manager and the HQ as he was truly outstanding. Thank you for all your help. Will recommend Tile Giant to everyone I know now!!

*Brixton Store* Amazing customer service and knowledge of products, Robert came across very friendly and nothing was too much an effort for him he would ring round stores sourcing products and when I was being indecisive he was very honest and knowledgeable of what would be best for my needs and budget,for this very reason i would rather spend more money doing business here as I truly felt I received excellent service, My bathroom is of very high standard and I will be sourcing Roberts opinions on Renovations to my kitchen next!!! Robert is a credit to himself and the business 10 stars!!!

Awful managing from this brunch,Not suggested for large company use,First delivery missed,Second delivery sent in half,Missing all adhesives and grouts,To get Refound for missing materials I have to drive 2 hours as they are unable to process electronicallyIs second day I’m driving afternoons to get materials around as they are uncapable of keeping they’re promises,Topps tiles saved me from their imcompetence.I’m speachless.Never using them again for our projects.

All I can say is Jay, Jay,Jay- was so pleased with the service here. I decided to DIY floor tiles (I have never tried it before) and Jay was helpful with suggestions on levelling the floor, which tiles to use, which adhesive and grout. Well pleased with the service. I would recommend and use again and again…
