Jacob was brilliant. Not only dealing with a confusing request and identifying what was being asked for. But also sending out immediately parts which my builder had been takes months to track down! I would recommend him to anyone.

Ordered some roof windows one of which was damaged despite it being really well packaged sent a couple of photos replaced the next day , their after sales customer care was second to none which is surprisingly rare these days great company will definitely use them again

Great service and support from Sunlux. MINI 60cm X 80cm Wooden/Metal Folding Loft Ladder & Hatch. The loft hatch door arrived with a defect, I contacted Sunlux (including photo evidence) and thanks to Jacob at Sunlux a replacement hatch door was dispatched on the same day as reporting the issue. This was a DIY job, replacing an existing loft hatch (albeit the size of the loft opening had to be increased to accommodate the new hatch) it was overall relatively straightforward to fit. The product is of good quality and value for money.

Purchased a flat roof electric opening window from them, excellent window it comes with remote control & a rain sensor.

I was in need of a replacement seal for an existing roof window and contacted sunlux direct to see if they could assist me locating one. Jacob was exceptional with his dealing of the request, one couldn’t be found initially but he ordered a replacement from their suppliers. This was then sent out to me free of charge. Exceptional service levels and commitment to the customer to ensure the products they supply are of high quality. I would fully recommend sunlux products and would not hesitate in using them again when required

I purchased a staircase from Sunlux approx 4 years ago but only recently tried to install it. Unfortunately once unpacked I found a vital component was missing. I contacted Sunlux and, despite the staircase being discontinued, a replacement for the missing part was found and sent via next day delivery completely free of charge. Awesome aftersales service and support and excellent communication, highly recommended.

I ordered 2 windows, they arrived next day but1 window was unfortunately broken by the courier. I got in touch and they immediately sent another for next day delivery. I also had an issue with the flashing which they sorted immediately. One of the best customer service experience I have had. Extremely polite and efficient I couldn't recommend them more.

Ordered and fitted Optilight windows last year in our new loft conversion. Since November time when it started getting cold outside, we've noticed wet patches at the bottom of the windows. It's condensating on the underside of the thin metal trims that go around the outside of the window. (Iced over when it was freezing) Water runs down to the lip of the frame and just runs down the inside. Most days for the last 3 and a half months we've be waking up to wet patches, having to open up and wipe the undersides of the windows.Spoke to Sunlux, they sent a list of things as to why this could be happening, YES they have be installed correctly and well insulated with no gaps. They said that they have been seeing these issues before and will send out a second rubber seal to go around the frame...I've been waiting 2 months for this now. Ringing each week asking where they are. I'm assuming they are waiting for the warm weather to arrive so when i install them, it will look like it's worked!If they are having these issues why not add this second rubber when being manufactured?Interesting to see all these 5 star reviews as well from people, saying they have used these for years and not one issue of this!

Bought an optilight flashing kit from sunlux, arrived early the next day so I was able to complete the relocation of my exsisting window. Excellent service, would recommend.
