I have recently used Upsalls to move into a property in Trowbridge. I cannot praise them highly enough, from initial enquiry through to moving in their service has been attentive, friendly and professional. Some minor issues I had following moving in were dealt with quickly and efficiently. A lot of companies use the phrase 'Wer'e not to just here to take your money' In the case of Upsalls this actually feels true. Above all friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Highly recommended.

Got prompt attention

Excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Couldn't fault Upsalls in any way possible. Always helpful when I needed questions answered, very polite and an all round enjoyable experience.

A friendly service utterly ruined by their treatment of tenants upon leaving. My experience with other landlords has been exponentially better. A warning to those that rent from them, ensure nothing can be disputed upon leaving, as you will be horrifically overcharged. Two stars, because until then their service had been satisfactory.

I would like to say upsalls estate agents are 100% brilliant service.I have just moved into a flat.with upsalls.They are very helpful staff,service with a smile.I moved into my flat and the cooker didn't work.I had a brand new one fitted the same day.And the flat was properly checked.and I was shown everything.there's no hiding fees.Not like most estate agents in Trowbridge that don't get back to you. Especially if you are on disability .upsalls are compassionate service. Dog friendly. They even had all the manuals for the appliances. And talked me through the boiler etc.So if you want a great estate agentGo to upsalls!!! Thankyou so much!!
