Tried to order blinds through this company as they act as a representative for VBH blinds at Grantham. Had measurements done placed the order paid deposit and accepted the required lead time for delivery. On the agreed date nobody turned up and when we enquired with VBH as to what was happening we were told Lincolnshire flooring had not even put our order through. We took this up with Lincolnshire flooring the response was rude they lied about the order and told us it was our fault. There is too much to wright now so let's just say avoid this poor unprofessional company. If you are looking for blinds deal direct with VBH or other of your choice do not go through Lincolnshire flooring. Glad we did not use Lincolnshire flooring for our carpets.

Everyone in Lincolnshire Flooring did an amazing job. There was no way we, simple DIYers, could have done what they were able to do. You can check the pictures attached, but in just two days they transformed our house, ground and first floor plus stairs.We're so happy we decided to go with them that we'll have two more room done too and we can't wait.

We had recently moved into a new office where the carpet was worn and tired. Zach came to quote very quickly and helped advise us with the right colours and also gave a great quote which was excellent value for money for the job they have done. Made our new office look so much better so thanks Zach and we would recommend to anyone else looking for a freshen up of the floor.

This is the second time we have had Lincolnshire Flooring tolay a new floor for us, first time kitchen and dining area andthis time master bedroom and dressing area. Both jobs done to an excellent standard, more than well pleased. Would recommend to anyone wanting a professional job done.

Had our floor levelled and Amtico LVT installed. Not enough floor levelling compound had been accounted for, despite someone measuring and assessing the job, this then added an additional £500+ to the invoice. Not sure how this amount could have been so wrong and at such a high cost. I then had to battle to get a refund on the bags not used. Long story short, the fitter was great but the Administration poor. Invoices not transparent. Make sure if you do place an order that the invoice has everything listed with a cost against each item. Expensive lesson learned for us.

Plenty to choose from but the one individual working in there barely acknowledged us. We both work in retail, have managed retail shops and understand the importance of good customer service. For that reason alone they will not be getting our circa 1k business.

I've visited Lincolnshire flooring on several occasions, & always found the staff to be very knowledgeable, informative & helpful.On this visit I purchased floor tiles. The customer service was ☆☆☆☆☆I was also shown different types of brass/ gold threshold strips; I went with the screw fitting. The gentleman serving me went above and beyond, to find me the correct screws that went with the bar, & also helped me load the car. Great service, couldn't ask for betterMany thanks
