Little Pumpkins Nursery - South Norwood

Our daughter loves nursery. Happy daughter = happy mum.

So glad we found this nursery. Our son has absolutely flourished since joining, hes really developed so much in all aspects and he has such a good time with the well thought out activities the team carry out with the children. Every single member of staff is really invested in the children's wellbeing, and from my son's reaction to them, are clearly very gentle and loved by the children. Andrea, Chantal and the rest of the team, you are absolutely smashing it. Thank you for allowing us to attack our work day without worrying about the welfare of our son - he's in very safe hands.

My daughter attended this nursery for a year, my daughter enjoyed her time there. However the turn over off staff was shocking, my daughter had 4 keyworkers in the year and numerous different staff members and no formal introductions were made, just my daughter telling me she had a new teacher. Leadership is not very good, and overall a average nursery.

My son attended this nursery from 1-4yrs and only left this summer, ready to start school. My 20month old daughter is currently there (and has been since 10months old) so we’ve been there through the change in management.The new manager, Andrea, is so approachable, enthusiastic and incredibly friendly. It feels like a new nursery under Andrea’s leadership. She goes out of her way to get to know and help families, making it feel so personable - exactly what you want for your childcare setting.The whole team of staff there are always brilliant at drop off, ensuring they welcome the kids each morning with open arms (makes it so much easier on a stressful commute).My son adored the staff in the pre school room, as well as his previous key workers, and my daughter is always very happy to go in each day.The famly app, which is used to update us on our children’s eating/toileting/sleeping and learning, is always up to date. We get photos of our children enjoying various activities, on a daily basis.My son really misses the staff.
