My first experience of Jane’s yoga and meditation workshop was wonderfulAs I entered the room and met Jane I knew straight away this course was going to be heavenly. Jane teaches from the heart and is explicit throughout the workshop she gives so much knowledge and her passion shines through.The welcome was warm and put you at ease, the content and variety was full with sequences videos her knowledge is great the end was touching and we all left with a gift.Thank you Jane I will be back

Jane's yoga and meditation workshops are heavenly. As soon as I enter the class I know that I am going to be in for a special treat. The warm welcome that I receive from Jane sets the pace for a truly special and cocooning experience that I know I can take home with me. The effects that I am left with for the next few days are a good sense of balance, greater focus, and better strength and flexibility... oh yes, and a warm cosy glow from within. Thank you Jane as ever.
