I am a regular customer of Bangor,Morrisons since last January..I had a bad experience yesterday..a lady staff asked for I.D while purchasing a bottle of lager unfortunately I forgot to take. My friend went home and took his I.D and came again..she refused to give him since ,she needed my I.D. ..This lady was so arrogant and acting like a racist. Since we are from Asia.. I went to the manager and told him my friend got his ID and he backed her... Dear, Morrisons,this is the first time I ever had such a pathetic experience.. till date all staffs were humble and generous...but please hire people who has common sense to identify a 32 year old man as not under age and shows no discrimination to other nationals out in Bangor..

I will NEVER EVER shop with them again!!! Over 22 items I purchased were frozen produce.. my order came on the Wednesday but their freezers broke on the previous Saturday and yet nothing was changed on their website .. so none of my food showed up and getting my money back was a total joke.. customer services do nothing but lie just to shut you up ..AVOID

Generally the store itself is fine.The cafe on the other hand is a complete shambles! The lady on the till stopped serving to go and clear tables with a queue of 10+ customers waiting to place an order, the rest of the staff (approx 5) noticed that there was no one serving and just laughed and did nothing about it. They were having a great chat whilst this was going on.After 20mins of queuing the server then went off to look for someone that had ordered soup and when she came back didn't apologise or even acknowledged the fact that she walked off without saying anything whilst i was standing there.No manners, no organisation, total disregard for customers.Very disappointing

Second time early evening shopping with no tills open. Given the choice (maybe a sign by entrance?) I would not be putting £123 worth of groceries through self service checkout. The few staff available seemed too tired to care. Needed assistance" from single staff member 6+ times. Several self serves out of order and people queueing. Won't be back to Morrisons Bangor. Rubbish experience."

Amazing café with lively and helpful staff. The food was great value and customer service was also very good. Has a full English breakfast and didn't take very long to cook from fresh. Morrisons has the best quality food in Bangor and the whole of the UK. I would never recommend you go to anywhere else except for Morrisons as you can't get food that is so nice at great value at any other supermarket.

Convenient location - nearest to ffriddoedd site of halls. Good variety of fresh produce. Only issue is that some of the packaged fresh food is too large in portion, not suitable for students. The cafe offers value for money meals. Some improvements needed on consistency of food portions though. Overall pleasant grocery shopping.

I'm giving it 2 stars. The young butcher at the counter (tattooed arms) saw me standing there, but he just went about his business of descaling a fish, and ignored me completely. When I asked loudly, if there was a butcher serving at the counter today, he told me that he was sorting another customer's order out. There wasn't anyone else at the counter, so I asked how long he was going to be? He said, Can you come back later?" Without giving a specific time. I went down the next food Isle and walked back up the first Isle where the pre packed meat fridge is
