From this kfc to me just 6min to drive, chicken wings was ok, cold, but not bad, but fries.. cold! Looks like cooked yesterday or 4-6 hours ago, portion of regular fries so small, i found maybe 6-7 fries. Pepsi drink was more hot then fries!I am not fan of fast food, but from KFC never ever again! Shame! Whats wrong with this KFC, other KFC near London road absolutely different! Its better!

KFC is my favourite takeaway place but they really seem to be struggling at that moment.You get a lot of hit and miss days where you will get the complete wrong order and don't want to go say it's wrong as the girl is brand new and they have put her in a horrible situation as she looks like shes about 2 mins from crying.When they fully staffed they never talk to eachother walk around looking really sad and depressed so disregarding the food issues the staff atmosphere is a real downer it makes me think how are they being treated to look that sad all the time.

Worst experience with KFC, store was full of rubbish, tables and floor, when we requested the staff to clear up did not seem to be very keen on doing the job ( May be tired of over working ).We heard the staff mumbling about why don’t we find another table to clean one ourselves , very disappointed and shocked with this behaviour.This just ruins the fast food joint for me :-(

One of the worst KFC outlet, I have ever visited.After placing the order, I was told that food will be ready in 7-10 minutes.This sort of waiting period deminishes the whole purpose of fast food business.Even though, I asked for alternative food, as I could not wait for that long period of time, the staff reluctantly said no (Especially Yara).Not a best customer service except by the cashier, who took the order

Unless place. Wanted a Tuesday nine piece bucket. Told it's not on shop menu even though it lists it on website. Infact the only bucket available was gravey bucket but you have to order it online for delivery. Which is strange as it comes from same shop.So went to local independent chicken shop which was much cheaper and much nicerUpdate: First time back. It was much better this time. I had to wait five minutes as the offer I wanted wasn't available before 4 o'clock. So that was OK

I don’t know how this KFC is stillOpened with all these bad reviews like haven’t you got the hint yet? No one wants to eat here unless they want to be disappointed. Worst place to eat would not recommend. Workers don’t look like they’re enjoying the job. A new member was struggling to take my order and the other people didn’t really want to help. They need to learn a few manners. Tables are dirty instead of standing around waiting to pack orders they should check if the tables r clean. I’ve noticed the more experience workers give the dirty jobs to the newbies.Just don’t come here

Visited kfc in frogmore.It was very busy.Was asked if we minded waiting 25 minutes, for the chicken to be cooked.We didn't mind.25 minutes later our order was ready.Will definitely be going back.The honest, polite, informative employee dealing with our order (Keira), made all the difference.

The Hot Wings are great if you want to have human hair cooked in with the coating. Phoned the Frogmore KFC and surprised that there was no concern, the young girl asked if I wanted to speak to the manager but he obviously didn't want to speak to me. If I could give NO STARS I would. Very disappointed with this experience and has put me off going to the Frogmoor KFC
