We had sadly lost our Mum and hoped a settee and chairs could be cleaned up and used again, as though old, of such good quality. Paul was sensitive to our difficult situation, tried his best re timings as we live away. He was on time, very thorough, gave us good advice for future cleaning and his pricing was very good! Would recommend Paul without hesitation. A BIG thank you!
