We rang 3 other companies locally and no one had any scaffolding. Universal not only had what we required but they let us have it for the entire bank holiday weekend for the price of a day. They has helpful staff and very quick to respond.

Super easy and friendly service, even for a complete novice like me. Only criticism would be that an idiots guide to starting the machine (literally a picture of the knobs in the right place) and a reminder to turn the choke off once it was going would have saved me half an hour of googling! Will definitely use again, also with the bank holiday deal a total bargain.

Took a Bosch power tool for repair, paid the examination fee, and was told it was beyond economical repair after several weeks. Recently took the tool to a Free repair service who took 5 minutes to identify the problem and fix it ! I am not impressed with Universal’s ‘repair’ service.
