I applied for a job and i was able to find a job the next day. The staff gemma was very responsive and helped me a lot.

Got a call at 8:22 am and was asked to go to Cameron's brewery as soon as possible. Was told on the phone that it was till Friday but was till Wednesday at least. Called Cameron's to get more information only to be told by them that it was on a as and when needed basis. Called these back and was asked why I called the employer directly, and got a lot of attitude from them. They just want you to cover people who are either on holiday or have called in sick. Know your worth and call the employers directly as all they do is lie to you

Worse recrutment agencie the staff are rude and you dont get paid on time

Can't fault this company. Worked with them for 9 months and in that time I had constant full time work locally and in the sectors I requested from the day after signing up.Never had an issue with pay being late or incorrect so i can only say good things about the cordant team.Definitely will be my first call if I'm ever looking for work again.

Got offered a job and I booked a funeral and the next day after the funeral rang me and they sed they didn’t want me to return all because i attending a funeral absolutely disgusting worst agency do not go with these!

Don't expect to be paid on time by these people absolute jokers I've worked for different agencies all over England and Wales and these are by far the least helpful

I signed up with Cordant People over a week ago. The process to sign up is quick and easy. They initially phone you and then invite you to come in and register. The office is located close to where the Cineworld and McDonald's are.They get you to fill out paperwork and then have an informal 1-1 chat with you about what work you have done in the past. What I liked about Cordant People is unlike other agencies, they don't promise you work and they don't lie to you about job opportunities which don't actually exist.What I didn't like about the experience is your conversation is not private as it is done in an open office environment and everyone can hear what you are saying.*Update*Cordant People now known as The Recruitment Co can find you work but they are not helpful when it comes to much else. A couple of times they messed up the pays, then they would say It's OK

Rude staff vile agency, there is a lot of good agency’s in Middlesbrough so avoid this one if possible.

It was brilliant for children and even the adults l loads of entertainment and restaurant was LOVELY too x

Registered with this company as found them on indeed advertising a job for their client. I was offered 3 jobs to definitely start work to be told at the last minute they had fallen through as their clients had filled the role even after I'd received confirmation emails to attend these location's. The attitude I received from Gemma their head recruiter when I told her messing with people like this isn't right was disgusting and something I wouldn't expect from a so called professional service, if you want my advice cut out the middle man or go with an agency that a actually knows what they are doing or actually has vacancies to fill steer well clear of these cowboys.
