Having lived in Brighton for almost 10 years and in many different properties, I've had a lot of experience dealing with various letting agents throughout the area. The good, the bad and the ugly. I can without a doubt say Parks have been far and away the best agency I have personally dealt with and would confidently recommend them to any potential renters.Our property manager Seif supported us thoroughly throughout our tenancy and communication was always prompt and informative. Despite having now left the property and completed out tenancy, Seif has maintained an exceptional degree of assistance and support to us where needed.A huge thanks to the Parks team!

Tenant here. I recently got served section 21 after nearly 3 years in my previous property, let through Parks. My property manager, Katie, dealt with me empathetically during the initial stages as it significantly derailed a lot of my upcoming plans. Katie was also superb with helping me make a smooth transition out of the previous property, outlining key dates and milestones early and then being clear with expectations throughout the process.Through Parks, I was quickly able to arrange viewings and my negotiator, Tom, greatly aided in narrowing down suitable accommodation. Within 2 weeks, Tom helped me secure a new rental with Parks meaning I could vacate my previous property well ahead of the deadline day - taking all the stress out of the situation. Tom was more than accommodating on the lead up to my moving day; arranging additional viewings for measurements, giving me prompt as well as regular updates on the contract status and giving me as much additional info as I required. On the day of receiving the keys, he met me at the property and, in a rental first for me, walked me through all aspects of the property laying out where everything was located and making sure all appliances were working correctly.I felt very much looked after, and valued, by Katie and Tom throughout this whole process - especially considering as I was pretty blindsided the eviction. I've had a lot of good experiences over the last decade when first dealing with a letting agency and moving into a property - this was the first time I had a good experience moving out of one. I am really thankful to both Katie and Tom for not just their professionalism, but also their kindness and patience. I would thoroughly recommend Parks based off of my experiences with these two to any tenants.
