Popeyes Louisiana Chicken
Really nice interior with some cool furnishings and colour matching. Self service tills as you walk in 1 serving till at the pick desk.I can see the lobby area if ever busy being a poor experience for the customer but yet to be seen.Rest rooms are bog standard but are multisexes which will be an issue for the ladies sitting down. Also there is only 2 toilets.Now for the real deal. The food!Deluxe spicy was amazingly crunchy and just the right spice but building up on every biteFries were amazing as well

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken
Chicken burger and fries was good, was a juicy burger, fries were crispy. The pickles really add to it, and I normally don’t like them. The chicken (boned and wings) were just fried, no seasoning, the wings had some heat but no flavour, the gravy was very earthy, not our vibe at all, the biscuit is just a fried scone. And the Mac and cheese just tasted like a microwave Mac and cheese and quite a small pot for £3.50. The fizzy drinks were flat and watery as well. Friendly service, and organised. But would only get the burger if passing next time, everything else was a disappointment sadly…

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken
Easily the best fast food I’ve had in Northampton by a long shot. Excellent food, excellent service, quick, easy. Chicken tenders were incredible. Food was expensive (food for 2 with shakes and desserts was over £30). The guy who served me asked if I needed help taking food out to the car. Plenty of free parking, would definitely come again.

It was busy so it took a bit of time to get our order. The restaurant was a bit warm so we ate outside. Ordered on the phone before but when we got there it didn't respond. Loved the spicy chicken tenders. Coating is nicer than KFC. Disliked the chicken pieces. Felt a bit oily and/or didn't like the marinade personally. Cajun fries are good with ranch. The scone was a bit overdone and the gravy was not my cup of tea. Ice cream with lotus topping is lovely. Would go again but just have a tenders meal or burger meal. Useful if staying at Travelodge but if not seating inside a bit of a car park with lots of vans so not the nicest! Parking was a bit awkward when we went as lots of people couldn't park in a space (and vans obviously can't!)

The restaurant had a casual and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for enjoying their famous fried chicken.The star of the show, of course, was the chicken. I ordered their classic spicy chicken, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of heat in the seasoning. It's easy to see why Popeyes is known for its chicken.The sides were equally satisfying. I paired my chicken with their creamy mashed potatoes and gravy, as well as the buttery, flaky biscuits. The combination was a comfort food lover's dream.Service was quick, and the staff was friendly. It's a great spot for a quick and delicious meal, whether you're dining in or taking your order to go.If you're a fan of fried chicken and hearty comfort food, Popeyes is definitely worth a visit. It delivers on its reputation for flavorful, indulgent dishes that hit the spot.

We had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, and despite the initial rush and busy drive-through, it was an excellent dining experience. The location is so popular that I would recommend parking at Six Fields and walking across to avoid the hassle.Arriving at 18:10 on a Friday, we were fortunate to walk straight in without having to wait in line. However, not long after that, there was a substantial queue for walk-in customers, so timing is essential for a seamless experience.The ordering process was efficient and convenient, thanks to the touch screens. Surprisingly, we received our food in just 16 minutes, which was impressive considering we were a family of four. The quick service was a pleasant surprise, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the fried chicken. I must say, it's in a whole different league compared to KFC. The chicken sandwich, which appears to be their signature dish, was a delight. The chicken breast inside the burger was huge, thick, and bursting with flavor. The crispy coating provided an incredible crunch that left me thoroughly impressed. It surpassed any fast-food burger I've ever had, and I'd dare say it rivaled chicken burgers from more upscale establishments.The staff at Popeyes were exceptional. James, who welcomed us at the door, provided top-notch service and guided us in the right direction with everything we needed to know. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also worth noting, as it contributed to a pleasant dining atmosphere.In conclusion, my visit to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen was a delightful experience. The mouthwatering fried chicken, particularly the chicken sandwich, was a cut above the rest. The quick service and attentive staff added to the overall positive impression. We have visited twice. Both times were enjoyable. The atmosphere is great. But we do think some of the items can be a bit overpriced. It would have been nice for the cheese on the sandwich to have been melted. Loved the fries.

I don't think I'll go back any time soon.Food is mediocre. Too thick and overcooked batter and meat itself too dry as well without any spice in it.Price of drink not included in the meal.Music was too loud, so we couldn't talk freely. People have to talk louder, which even more increases the noise inside the bar.We bought 3 different meals, none of us was especially amused over the quality.I understand now why the other chain is so popular.

I feel quite honoured to have visited a Popeyes outlet in the UK. Earlier this year, I was fortunate enough to visit them in Louisiana. The chicken served here is similar to that in the USA. The Cajun spiced fries are the best!

Lots of staff standing around in the kitchen, 15 minute wait, lots of people taking orders back due to items missing. Food excellent great Cajun chips and spicy deluxe chicken burger, wings and tenders. Sauce pots a little steap at 75p gravy ok £1.5 milkshake was a miss strawberry is usually pink and flavoursome but this one was either a vanilla or they hadn't put enough flavour in only downside to the food and drink really. Screens with orders not working
