The service we received from Mike & Kerry was second to none. Kerry was so helpful & informative on our initial phone call to arrange a quote and Mike who conducted our survey called us on the same day to talk things through and had the survey typed up for us the very next day. The surveys they provide are highly detailed and competitively priced.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Michael Powers Associates. They were efficient, friendly and professional, and helped me through a process which was daunting for me. The surveyor took the time to explain his findings to me in an easy to understand manner on the day which the survey was carried out. I received the written report within 48 hrs. This company was recommended to me by a friend. Other companies could of done my survey sooner, but their reviews were poor. I’m so pleased that I was patient and waited for Michael Powers. There is a reason that Michaels Powers’ waiting list is a little longer, it’s because they are good, and recommended by so many people. I cannot thank them enough.

We were given Mike's detail from our Mortgage Advisor in March and got in contact. Due to COVID this affected things on how surveys could be done so we hung fire on getting this completed until July. Everytime we got on contact on email the responses were always quick and professional from Kerry, whether it was in the evening or on a Sunday; we applaud this. The survey was arranged quickly and once completed I had an excellent phonecall with Mike to talk through it. We received our electronic copy within 2 days of the survey being done and the hard copy within 3, which again showing their excellent service. They have been brilliant post survey, still responding and helping with any questions or queries. They run an excellent and very professional service. Highly recommend their use
