Just completed a course of treatment including dental implant. All round positive experience with Farooq and his team consistently demonstrating an obvious passion for dental care and customer well-being. Relaxed professional, knowledgeable all of which could be used to describe my experience with Farooq. From the warm individual welcome to the clean hygienic environment the attention to detail is stand out. Initially a referral to this practice such has been my experience I have every intention of staying. Excellent customer service. Great experience.

I’m a dentist and I’ve seen Chris Beech’s work on Instagram. I travelled 3 hours so he could do my composite bonding before my wedding and I couldn’t be happier. I had high expectations because I know from photos how skilled Chris is but the results surpassed my expectations. Thanks to Chris, his nurse and the practice.

Such a friendly welcome ~ so obliging and helpful. Not to mention how accomodating issues were met with in the very interim period. The issue was dealt with immediately and the relaxed feeling given immediately helped with the overall upset of the case. Very highly recommended ~ nothing was to much trouble. I was referred to Mount Parade due to a dental emergency via an NHS dentist. The staff here are all really kind and professional. The dentist I saw was very thorough and honest with the work I would need doing and made sure I wasn’t in any pain alongside the assistant dental nurse who comforted me when I expressed I didn’t like needles. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Had an appointment with the hygienist today to remove some quite significant staining I had on my teeth that I was quite worried about. The hygienist Zella was lovely and very professional. She cleaned my teeth perfectly and they look amazing now, I feel so much for confident! She gave me several recommendations that I am definitely going to use going forward to avoid future staining. All the other staff were really lovely too, especially the ladies on the front desk.

My dentist for ever! Cared for my family's teeth and I've just had an overlay done which is AMAZING!!! Feels like a real shiny tooth in every way. Mr Farooq knows I am nervous and is very good at calming me down.

Once again, outstanding experience with Dr Chris Beech this am. Attention to detail in dental work plus awareness of his patient and their feelings, having complicated work done for 1.5 hours. Throughly recommend this practice.

My father has had intensive work done with Dr Farooq (after being referred to him from another dentist). We have been on numerous appointments and have felt informed & cared for throughout. The professionalism, knowledge & integrity, has been the BEST I have ever experienced.He advised, discussed, explained & ensured I completely understood ALL the options.My father absolutely felt safe throughout all this, loves his new teeth and has more confidence in himself when he smiles (at 75yrs).His assistant Abbey, has been reassuring & lovely throughout too and is an added bonus to Dr Farooq - they make a great team.The receptionists Sallie & Sharon have been amazingly wonderful & very professional too. Nothing was ever too much, and they always did their best to accommodate ALL the appointments where possible.It’s so refreshing to walk in somewhere and the energy be so uplifting and met with smiles & laughter (on what could be a daunting road ahead). An asset to the Dental Practice for sure.I would absolutely recommend this practice on every level, from the moment you walk in & the journey ahead, throughout all the treatments, until the polished finish.
