1st visit definitely won't be the last. Made me feel 100% confident in there awareness of cross contamination and food allergies. Had gluten free toasty delicious. Very friendly staff clean and bright environment.

Waited 30mins for possibly the worst pasta I've ever had. I don't know how you can have the front to serve that. Literally half a lettuce on the bottom for some reason.

Quite often go into Betty’s for a cake & a drink. The staff are always helpful & accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. The salt & pepper chicken is one of my favourites when I have lunch there with my friends.Drinks are hot, cakes are fresh and staff are lovely.

Such a lovely cafe! Popped in after taking my little girl to Maghull library just over the road and the staff couldn't be more helpful. She loved her strawberry milkshake and the choice of cakes were amazing. Lovely friendly attentive staff lovely atmosphere was really impressed and will definitely visit again ❤️

Really like it here. Coffee better than other local corporate run establishments. Staff lovely especially Rachel who is such a people person. Not ate here but cakes look good.

Have visited loads of times. Went in this afternoon for a Chicken Pasta loaded salad box to take out. Paid the extra 50p for the Pasta...in total £5:25, to then be told they didn't have any Pasta made up so did i want Coleslaw, to which i agreed. I additionally bought a Custard slice. Got the salad home and it was just mainly loaded with shredded Iceberg Lettuce, a few very small chunks of packet Chicken and then just a bit of finely sliced Tomato, Cucumber, Red Onion and the Coleslaw was in a small thimble paper pot also inside the box. Definitely not value for money and nothing special in taste. Definitely loaded...but with mainly shredded Lettuce!!! Will not be returning or recommending. Very disappointed, having previously visited loads of times and then being served that today and also with me being a great believer in supporting local businesses.

First time visiting was not very impressed. Ordered a mocha coffee and a cappuccino both were barely warm and a regular cup size is more like a small two sips and it's gone.On the plus side the cakes looked nice

Ordered a last minute takeaway afternoon tea from here this week for my Auntie and Uncle as a gift and they were over the moon with it. Received a text saying it was the best they’ve had. It looked delicious and I will definitely be treating myself to one for my birthday. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Thank you. Definitely recommend
