Adrian has a deep understanding of Tai Chi practice and principes, and a real gift for explaining what is required. In the few years (with a break for Covid) I've been attending his classes, I feel my form has improved greatly, and I feel stronger, more flexible, and healthier.Classes are available for those with prior experience, but it's also a great option for a complete beginner - in fact, I wish it had been my first class! My form would be much better!If you listen carefully, and try to follow diligently, it *will* be hard work: but this is okay. It is supposed to be!
