I would definatelly recommend them, they was so helpful, the staff was friendly and made me feel at ease. They really didn't try and rush you like most places do, they really had time to deal with your situation whatever it may be. Very professional and I felt that I wasn't afraid that everything I told them was in confidence and would stay that way..Thank you

Would not recommend poor service with PIP appeal and no follow up.Mandy Rollins has a very poor attitude with disabled people and there is a staff culture of indifference.Duncan Walker did my PIP2 formAs Steve Lawson below points out all of the VAST 1820 charities are corrupt and target disabled people.

The lady Ruth who help me was always professional and knowledgable at all times she put me at ease with her advice and calm manner i know i could not have got the positive outcome without disabilitys help

Fabulous reassuring phone assistance and so kind. Wonderful people. A credit to society.Place has parking ..ramp..flat floors..toilets and a lift.they sell some disabled aids.A thousand Thank yous . Big thanks Daniela and David. And all the staff keep doing what you do you're fantastic Xxx

Disability Solutions West-Midlands, are a very successful organisation. Without the Organisation being in this area, many people would be at a loss of knowing where to get excellent support and service from in many areas of advice. I would recommend this team of Workers and Volunteers to anyone out there. They are well Known throughout Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and West- Midlands. Growing in strength, month by month. You need to use the Organisation just to appreciate the Organisations dedication to their clients.

Staff are somewhat a mixed bag if you get good or not. Unfortunately I have got a poor one and my PIP mandatory reconsideration has gone past expiry due to waiting too long for advice and help in to progress my claim. Only can manage to call them but goes straight to a voicemail which a call can take weeks to be returned and no face to face appointments making it difficult to get information across. A few years ago I would’ve recommended this charity but in the past year or so the service has gone very dire unfortunately. Its had me in tears some nights thinking if my claim will progress and the stress its caused me

Fantastic place if you need any help or information give them a call they are very nice people and will help as much as they can, you can even park on their car park in front of the offices.

Helpful and very informative. Pleasant staff. Can phone or visit to arrange an appointment. They are doing sterling work in helping disabled people to prepare for tribunals,also understand your needs and offer help and advice.
