Dear god, where do I start with this one...I purchased an ottoman bed a few years ago to the tune of 2k with a 10 year warrantyWell for the 3rd time I have had to report a fault, this time for the ram pistons failing, again... Before that the entire hinge mechanism failed resulting in a 5 month, yes a 5 month wait for the replacement part. After having them fitted by only a few weeks the pistons failed again, and after another few weeks of a wait and numerous calls and emails the are going to repair it for the 4th time. The customer service and the massive delay in sourcing spare parts is just shocking to say the least. The last time after the 5 month delay they sent a voucher for £30 which is embarrassing to say the least.If there is any future Instances of this item failing I will, in the first instance be contacting trading standards to seek advice, and then I will make myself known to the shop manager in person.I will never, ever use this company again due to the lack of customer service, it is by far the worst I have ever experienced.

Me and my wife went to buy a bed, there was a sales man called Andrew an he was extremely professional and knowledgeable,

Teresa was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Took her time with us and then gave us space to decide. Highly recommended.

We have now been up twice to see one of the sales assistants called Gareth who was so unbelievably helpful as we were very indecisive on what corner sofa we wanted, what we liked most about gareth was he wasn’t trying to push the most expensive one on us but the most practical one for our family he also made sure that we were 100% decided on the sofa that we wanted and didn’t rush us on any sofa. He also took in to mind we have dogs so found one with best fabric for us. Amazing couldn’t ask for anymore from him

Bought table and six chairs on December… 6 weeks later Chairs were starting to brake. Harvey Norman replaced chair, the a week later same thing happened again. On march they sent someone out to look at faulty items. Chairs were tightened and was told, shouldn’t have anymore problems. June, and chairs are falling apart. Been emailing, ringing the store, customer service and every time I’m getting palmed of. Pictures of broken chairs to follow

bought furniture from Harvey Norman and needed a replacement part, which i was happy to pay for, was told that they dont supply spare parts.They have the capability to provide it, as if it was a warranty claim they would do this.i would advise you don't buy from a shop who wont supply spare parts for furniture they provide, when only they can supply the spare parts.Effectively left me with a piece of furniture that now looks horrible and cannot be fixed.Be very wary of buying from Harvey Norman.Edit - reponse to Kevin, unfortunately 'going forward' is if little use to me...

This place is lovely to walk about but I have to say that I have bought one thing from the store in all those years. They had a photo centre and got rid of it. Not good. They had a lighting and mirrors section - and not sure if it was them or the previous business, but there were art works too - and all that has effectively gone. The section upstairs has great cushions designs - that’s the best bit. There used to be bedding sets and there’s next to nothing. There is a cafe and toilets and there’s also escalators up/down to the first floor.
