Mr Paul Harty and his team were very helpful throughout the entire purchase process, especially since we are new to home-buying. Moreover, Paul was also efficient in helping to follow up with the maintenance work of the property and keep matters on track in a professional way.Revised on Jul:During the initial months, Paul and his team handled the snagging item efficiently. However, I received no response regarding the remaining items despite attempting to reach them via phone and email. If you are considering purchasing a new home from them, please ensure that all necessary fixes are completed before making any payment.
