Wellness Express Womens Gym & Studio

I have tried a number of gyms over the years but haven't found one as good as Wellness Express, Fiona and the team are lovely, the classes are varied and all the members are friendly I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else now xxx

Wellness express and the team have helped me to become fitter happier and more confident, I love the atmosphere of the club and enjoy every minute I go . I myself have never been able to keep up a membership at a gym normally paying and finding every excuse not to go ! But I have never once felt like this with my membership at wellness . I have made some great friends and found myself again . Kelly x

Arron has so much passion and put hes heart and soul in this gym, it's the best gym in basildon, all the classes are great its warm friendly and I just love it.

I love this gym and have been going for almost a year. It has a great atmosphere, as both the staff and members are welcoming, friendly and supportive. The machines are organised as a circuit, making it easy to do a full body workout, although the staff are always available and happy to offer advice. Since joining Wellness Express I have lost two and a half stone, which together with meeting new friends has really boosted my self confidence. I would encourage anyone considering joining a ladies gym to visit this gym, you wont be disappointed!

I've been going to this gym since it opened 4 years ago. It's a lovely small independent gym and so much nicer than the big gyms in the area.The staff are so helpful and take time to have a chat with you and help you if you have any problems or need assistance.I can honestly say all the other members are so friendly, everyone smiles at you and no posers, just normal" ladies

The gym is ok but dealing with Harlands group is below anything, this is the group that takes payments for this gym membership. I have followed the rules and send 30 days cancellation notice , after my contract has expired, I then was charged full month payment , although I should pay from the cancellation date , not from payment date. Anyway I have called the harlands group and not only under my reference number they had someone else's details, the lady I spoken with she was rude, she didn't have an explanation why I was charged extra, and she just hung up on me. I would never trust Harlands anymore and I don't recommend this company to anyone.

A very welcoming and friendly gym with top class equipment. Great classes such as Pump & Tone and Power Cycle. The gym is very clean and you feel safe. Each class participant has a cloth and spray to clean the equipment after use.

Really lovely gym. Aaron the owner is so passionate about helping people and fitness. He puts a lot of time and effort into the gym and it's members. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend, especially if a little nervous to go. They will put you at ease and offer help.

I’ve tried many gyms over the years but this one by far beats them all. Being women only I feel more at ease. The staff and members are all so friendly. The classes are fab and the time table is so good. Free parking. Salon facilities. The changing rooms and showers are beautiful too. Highly recommend
