I wanted to take this opportunity to say how pleased we are with the service and honesty offered by Tim of Elephant IT. Tim is extremely pleasant to deal to with, his advice is always genuine and you are never made to feel like you are being sold to. He's already made some very useful infrastructure changes to the way we store and manage data, which has free'd up useful space on our servers. Tim wiseman is very knowledgeable on all IT enquiries and always to hand to sort out all our office issues no matter what day and time. Tim is so approachable and his expertise is second to now.
