I currently have support from Key but I feel the staff training falls way too short in terms of assisting service users. I’ve started the process of switching to NAS as I know I will get better support from them, but it’s just the beginning.

Would never recommend this company .They deserve a 0 rating . The management are all for taking vast amounts of money to care for vulnerable people knowing all to well it is not meeting the assessed needs of the client and they are as much to blame for violating peoples human rights along with the local authority in Glasgow city . Rather than them accepting their resposibilities to the disabled persons and speaking up for the people they support . They accept the bulk payments from the council to benefit themselves and leave it up to families of clients to fight it out on there own with social work dept . Their favourite get out of jail card is !! We can only provide care to the budget that is determined by the council !! so be aware your family member will be neglected and will not be getting the proper care you may think they are getting .They have too many faults to mention but they are not at all trusted .
