Review for Ice cream only - the most disgusting ice cream i have ever tasted. Tasted like rotten milk with bitter chocolate flavours.

Intense chocolate texture, not too sweet, the smell and taste of the ingredients are clear.

You should learn to train your staff first before learning to make chocolate!I have been a big fun of this brand for 10 years and was thinking to order 600 chocolate boxes for my wedding. I went to this store and asked whether they have Neapolitan chocolate, the male staff looked at me like a beast and after a while said No. I then explained what is Neapolitan chocolate and I need large numbers for my wedding. he did not bother to listen and said what they had are all on shelves.I gave up and wanted to order a Sundae, asked him what flavours do they have apart from the strawberry, he then asked me to look at the board myself - they only have two flavours! Why he did not bother saying billionaire flavour instead???While the other lady was making the sundae, I started filming and I promised to that lady she will not be filmed - only the Sundae. Then while I was taking the video, the guy came over and looking at my camera and asked me not to film that lady! - which I DIDN’T. This is so rude. I even asked the lady to check the video afterwards.I then talked to the guy, politely, said: I have promised to the lady not to film her and I also asked her to check the video afterwards, therefore it would be much more polite to keep quite while I was doing the recording, you have districted me and ruined the video…Guess what he said?He even did not apologise, just said: enjoy.I feel really uncomfortable and not being respected during today’s experience, if you could see they guy’s face, he is implementing: where the hell you are coming from, I don’t bother talking to you, you won’t understand English! This is serious discrimination and I cannot believe that happens in London in 2023.I don’t see the points spending over £5000 for my 300 wedding guests in hotelChocolate, I am sure Godiva can do a better job instead.Btw I understand English, I used my VIP discount for my ice cream. - for the last time.

Melting melting delicious momentsThere is plenty of vegan stuff, HalalMy last chocolates were brought from Dubai, my most preferred chocolates were from Patchi and Godiva.I have tasted few varieties in Hotel Chocolate and they are super super good, I am now VIP member, so soon I will be visiting again.Love them for their Ethical businessAs a chocolatier and cacao grower, they have learned first-hand about taking care of the environment – from organic farming and sustainable packaging to reducing waste

Nice size shop, easy to access all the products (some other shop layouts are a bit narrow making it a squeeze in places).Full range of products including I've cream!Special event evening was worth it to try out the new products. Well run and friendly staff.

Excellent branch for this excellent chocoholics brand. Love everything in the store but really missed one thing and it’s the hot dark chocolate drink. Staff where very lovely, friendly and helpful.

Came in for an ice cream. Encountered only rude/unfriendly staff.Ice cream was half melted.Branch in Edinburgh was much better; the staff make all the difference.

Staff were lovely, I had misinterpreted the expiry date on my birthday voucher through the vip rewards app and was 1 day out, the cashier kindly applied the discount anyway even though it was my mistake!Thank you!

Nice ice cream for summer time! Chocolate collections are good, plenty of options for flavors and beautiful package. If you are thinking about buying some small gifts, this is a great choice. And all the chocolate I have tried from here are delicious!
