What a lovely friendly helpful guy Ross is. I didn’t buy my blinds from him (but I will in the future) however, when I called to ask if he could fix my broken blinds it wasn’t a problem. He came at a time that suited, quickly resolved the problem and charged very little for his time. Highly recommended. Thanks
