Very knowledgeable staff, speeding service and good 'handover' between each person. Didn't force me to buy low prescription glasses just to make money - suggested I continue with cheap 'ready readers'.

Long wait all time and every time I come. They either forget your in line and when u remind them you’ve waited more than 30 mins all of a sudden they’re free to serve you.

We have been going to the Specsavers in Kingswood for many years and particularly like Neil who has been very friendly and efficient with both me and my husband. All the other staff are very friendly and helpful and it refreshing to see how smart and professional they all look. We have moved house recently but have continued to go back to this branch because of their good service thank you.

Fantastic service by the staff today from lady on the phone, to the greeting staff and particular Joey. I needed to order child’s replacement frame, but Joey was happy to repair as a temporary fix while new frames arrive. She fully understood the need of my son with ADHD and autism who suffer with migraines and needs glasses asap. Credit to Specsavers, if only more people were this helpful. A personal thank you to Joey.

I had my eye test, while I the test was being done, I had the nose pads on my reading glasses replaced with no problems. Also, a few weeks ago, I walked in and said that the nose pads on my everyday glasses needed to be replaced. The staff member had me sit down and he had the pads replaced straight away.Brilliant.
