T McKenzie and Son Ltd Skip Hire

I Ordered a skip, filled it the same day then asked them to remove it, they then waited 6 weeks to remove it, by this time the whole street dumped their rubbish in it. They then pulled the rubbish out and left it in front of my house, absolute disgrace! I rang them to see why they had dumpedAll the rubbish, they then wanted to charge me a further £300 for aMattress that had been put in by a neighbour in the street, i explained I had been asking them toRemoveIt for 6 weeks toPrevent this fromHappening, I was then screamed at before she hung up the phone! Diabolical

I found this company to be a absolute disgrace providing a service which people pay their money for! It took 3 phone calls and 2days for the skip to be dropped off, i felt as though i was getting fobbed off left right and centre with excuses! I can honestly say, i wont be using this company again if i ever need a skip in future.

They're a great firm that i use everytime nothing is a bother for them.
